In-Person Voting
There are three days of in-person voting:

Advance Voting will take place at two locations:

Mail-in Voting
If you’re planning to be out of town on Election Day and during the advanced voting period, you can still make your voice heard by utilizing mail-in voting. Apply to vote by mail here.
Applications for Mail-in Voting packages are being accepted starting Friday, September 20, 2024.
The deadline to apply is 4:30 p.m. on October 10.
Completed packages must be returned to Toronto Elections by Monday, October 28 at noon (12 p.m.). Return your completed Mail-in Voting package through Canada Post to arrive by October 28, or hand deliver it to a secure Mail-in Voting yellow drop box.
There will be two yellow Mail-in Voting drop box locations within Ward 15, Don Valley West. The drop boxes will be available between October 21 and October 28 at noon (12 p.m.).
Vote by Proxy
If you are not able to vote in person or by mail, you may appoint a voting proxy. Complete a Voting Proxy Appointment Form, signed by you and your proxy, and have it certified by the City Clerk before November 4 at 4:30 p.m.
Starting September 20, email [email protected] to request a Proxy form and make an appointment to have it certified. Alternatively, you can visit City Hall or North York Civic Centre Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
